An export desk in the Rajasthan interior

M I Agri Exim is an exporter and supplier of Indian natural sandstone and agricultural products, based at Bighod Road, Nandrai, Rajasthan.

We sit between two supply chains that most exporters keep apart. On one side, the sandstone quarries and cutting yards of the Rajasthan belt. On the other, the grain and pulse trade of the same region. Both move in containers, both are bought on sample, and both fail the buyer in the same way when the specification is treated as approximate.

So we run one desk for both. A buyer sourcing paving for a landscaping programme and rice for a repacking line can raise a single enquiry, get a single quotation, and deal with one person through to delivery.

We do not publish figures we cannot stand behind. Where a certificate number, a tolerance or a minimum quantity is not yet confirmed on this site, it is marked as pending rather than filled in with something plausible.

The sample is the contract

Nothing ships that has not been matched against an approved sample. The retained reference stays with us, so a dispute has an answer rather than an argument.

Say no before the order, not after

If a grade, size or timeline is not achievable from our region, we say so at enquiry stage. A declined enquiry costs less than a rejected container.

Specification, packing, marking and terms go in writing before preparation starts, and the same person stays on the file until delivery.

Sourcing

Close to where it comes from

Nandrai sits inside the Rajasthan sandstone belt, which puts our cutting and packing within reach of the quarries themselves. Grain and pulses are bought through the regional mandi network and through processors we deal with directly.

A short chain matters for two reasons: we can inspect before we commit to you, and we can be specific about what is available this season rather than describing a permanent catalogue.
