Sample boards

Photographed under daylight, unwetted, straight from the packing floor. Colour varies naturally between batches; approved samples are held as the reference for your order.

Suitability depends on climate, traffic and fixing method as much as on the stone. Tell us the application and we will say which of the six is the right starting point.

External paving

Patios, terraces and garden paths in 22 mm and 25–30 mm tiles.

Driveways

Heavier 25–30 mm tiles and Kandla Grey setts for vehicle loading.

Quality & sourcing

Selected, calibrated, checked

Blocks are chosen for colour consistency before cutting. Tiles are calibrated to the stated thickness, then checked for tolerance, edge chipping and surface defects. Pieces outside tolerance are pulled before packing rather than passed on.

Approved samples stay with us as the reference for the lot. If you appoint a third-party inspector, we will arrange access at the packing stage.
