Capability

What we handle in-house

Where a task sits with a third party — freight, inspection, fumigation — we coordinate it and keep the correspondence in one thread.

Product sourcing

Stone selected at the quarry and yard; grain and pulses bought through the regional network against your grade.

Quality inspection

Every lot checked against the approved sample before packing. Third-party inspection arranged if you appoint one.

Packing & marking

Crates and pallets for stone; jute, PP or BOPP bags for agri. Marked to your instruction, including private label.

Documentation

Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading and certificate of origin. Phytosanitary and fumigation certificates where the destination requires them.

Logistics coordination

Booking, inland movement and port handling coordinated with the forwarder, yours or ours.

Bulk & mixed loads

Full and part container loads, and mixed stone and agri programmes on one order where volumes allow.

How we work

Seven steps from enquiry to delivery

  1. 01

    Send inquiry

Product, quantity, destination port and your target incoterm. If you already have a specification sheet, send it — it saves a round of questions.

  2. 02

    Product selection

We confirm what is available and propose the closest match. Samples are couriered for approval; courier cost and lead time are stated up front.

  3. 03

    Quotation & confirmation

Written quotation with specification, packing, quantity, terms and validity. On acceptance we issue a proforma invoice and confirm the loading window.

  4. 04

    Quality check & order preparation

Stone calibrated and sorted; agri lots cleaned, graded and sortexed. The lot is checked against the retained sample before anything is packed.

  5. 05

    Packaging

Packed to the agreed format and marked with product, size, quantity and any buyer reference. Photographs of the packed goods sent before loading.

  6. 06

    Shipment

Container stuffed and sealed, inland movement arranged, documents issued and sent by the route your bank requires.

  7. 07

    Delivery

We track to the discharge port and stay available for any query on arrival, including the next season's planning.
